Description:
Heating Solution is used for hot splicing joints adhesive used for the bonding of steel cord belt and ply belt.

Use method:
1.peel off the residual glue on the surface of the wire rope core first.
2.The polished steel wire rope core is brushed with the first layer of glue.
3.After first layer dry, brush the second layer.
4.After second layer dry, tie gum and uncured cover rubber are evenly spread at both ends of the conveyor belt joint, and then high temperature vulcanization.

Note:
1.Working temperature is higher than 10℃, humidity is less than 90%
2.Shelf time: 12 months
3.Storage: in a dry and cool place with good ventilation.
4.Keep away from fire when using.
